  1. 1/2 cup boiled pasta

  2. 1/4 cup blanched broccoli florets

  3. 1/4 cup chopped pineapple

  4. 1/4 cup chopped black grapes

  5. 2 tbsp finely shredded cabbage

  6. 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)

  7. 2 tbsp thickly grated carrot

  8. 2 tbsp chopped almonds (badam)

  9. To be mixed into a dressing

  10. 2 tbsp pineapple puree

  11. salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.

  2. Just before serving pour the dressing and toss well.

  3. Serve immediately.
