  1. 1 1/2 cups chopped mango

  2. 1 1/2 cups fresh curds (dahi) , made from full fat milk

  3. 1/2 cup milk

  4. 6 tsp powdered sugar

  5. 4 to 5 ice-cubes to serve

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the ice-cubes, and blend in a mixer for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
