  1. 1/2lb Ground beef

  2. 1 cup

  3. Lightly packed)

  4. 2 tb Uncooked rolled oats

  5. 1 tb Finely chopped onion

  6. 3 tb Milk

  7. 1/2ts Salt

  8. Pepper as desired

  9. 1/4c Water

  10. 1/2c Tomato sauce

  1. + Put first 6 ingredients in bowl;mix well.

  2. Shape into 2 loaves.

  3. Brown loaves on all sides in greased fry pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour off fat.

  5. Add water.

  6. Pour tomato sauce over loaves.

  7. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.

  8. Add more water during cooking if needed.

  9. Serves 2.
