  1. 1/3 c. peanut butter

  2. 1 pie shell, baked

  3. 1 box instant chocolate pudding

  4. 2/3 c. confectioners sugar

  5. 1 3/4 c. milk

  6. 1 tub whipped topping

  1. Mix peanut butter and confectioners sugar together until mix resembles course crumbs. Spread crumbs on baked pie shell. In large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix, beat 1 minute. Fold in 2 tablespoons of whipped topping, pour over peanut butter crumbs. Top with remainder of whipped topping. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
