  1. 3/4 c. flour

  2. 1 tsp. baking powder

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 1 pkg. vanilla pudding

  5. 1 egg

  6. 1/2 c. milk

  7. 1 can peaches

  8. 8 oz. cream cheese, soft

  9. 1/2 c. sugar

  10. 3 tbsp. peach juice

  11. 1 tbsp. sugar

  12. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, egg and milk together. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Place on a layer of peaches and pour flour mixture onto peaches.

  2. Next, mix peach juice, cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar. Spread over peaches about 1 inch away from edge of pie pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Chill and keep in refrigerator. Let stand out awhile before serving.
