  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Canola oil

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Garlic cloves - pressed (large)

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder

  4. 1 Ground red pepper

  5. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Boneless beef top sirloin - cut 1" pieces

  6. 8 Green onions - cut 2" pieces

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Combine oil, garlic, chili powder and red pepper in a bowl. Add beef and green onions; toss to coat. Let marinate 20 minutes.

  2. Prepare a medium heat grill. On eight 12-inch metal skewers, alternately thread beef and green onion pieces. Grill kebabs 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, for medium-rare to medium doneness. Season to taste with salt; sprinkle with parsley.
