  1. 3 tablespoons Oil

  2. cup Grated cheese

  3. 2 Shallots; chopped

  4. 2 ounces Vodka

  5. 1 1/2 cup Heavy creamy

  6. 2 teaspoons Marinara sauce

  7. 2 Egg yolks

  8. 1 tablespoon Butter

  9. Salt & pepper (pinch of each)

  10. Chopped fresh parsley (pinch)

  1. From: Gerald Edgerton Date: Tue, 07 May 1996 13:06:33 -0700 Saute shallots in oil until brown. Drain oil. Add butter, salt, pepper, parsley and vodka. Let mixture sizzle in pan 2 minutes. Add marinara sauce, heavy cream and egg yolks. Saute to blend on low flame 5-10 minutes.
