  1. Lamb (shredded) 200 Gms

  2. Corn flour 50 gms

  3. Garlic 20 Gms

  4. Ginger 20 Gms

  5. Sweet and sour sauce 150 ml

  6. Spring onions 50 Gms

  7. Pineapple 30 Gms

  8. Tomato 20 Gms

  9. Salt 02 Gms

  10. Dark Soya 05 ml

  11. Aromat pwd. 04 Gms

  12. White pepper 03 gms

  13. Oil 20 ml

  1. Shred the lamb, dredge little cornflour and deep fry the lamb in hot oil.

  2. In oil, sauté garlic, ginger and add the sweet and sour sauce and cook.

  3. Add the tomatoes and pineapple , and add the spring onion and deep fried lamb 4. Cook and if still not thick add little slurry and cook, finish with some more spring onions.
