  1. 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

  2. 1 3/4 cups cold milk

  3. 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated rolled sugar cookie dough

  4. 1 mango, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced

  5. 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

  6. 1 kiwifruit, peeled, halved and sliced

  7. 1/2 cup frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed

  8. 1/4 cup toasted sweetened coconut

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, stir together pudding and milk until well blended; refrigerate until thickened.

  2. Slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Arrange three-quarters of the cookie dough slices in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press dough into pan to make a crust. Bake crust for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned; cool crust completely.

  3. Spread pudding over crust. Arrange slices of mango, strawberries and kiwifruit decoratively over filling. To serve, spoon dollops of whipped topping over pizza; sprinkle with toasted coconut. Cut into 8 wedges.
