  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  3. 1/3 cup soy sauce

  4. 1/3 cup water

  5. 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  7. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  8. 2 1/2 pounds beef chuck roast

  1. Combine whiskey, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, 2. Place roast into a plastic bag; add marinade and seal.

  2. Place in a dish; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

  3. Grill over medium coals about 20 to 25 minutes per side for medium.

  4. Baste occasionally with marinade.

  5. To serve, cut into thin slices.
