  3. Almond Milk: 4 cups (unsweetened)

  4. Peppermint Extract: 1/2 tsp

  5. Hot Water: 1/3 Cup

  6. Dark Cocoa Powder: 1/4 Cup

  2. First, mix together the sweetener, hot water and cocoa in a saucepan.

  3. Stir this over medium heat until it begins to boil. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly.

  4. Next, stir in the almond milk and heat, but do not boil. Remove from heat and add the peppermint extract, stirring again. Serve immediately.
