  1. 2.46 ml thyme

  2. 226.79 g firm white fish

  3. 29 1/28 ml vegetable oil

  4. 1 chopped onion

  5. 1 garlic clove

  6. 29 1/28 ml flour

  7. 2 (793.78 g) can low sodium chicken broth

  8. 425 1/54 g can corn

  9. 226.79 g new potato

  1. sprinkle thyme over both sides of fish.

  2. in a large saucepan cook fish in 1 tablespoon of hot oil.

  3. heat remaining oil and add onion and garlic and cook until tender.

  4. stir in flour and cook 1 minute.

  5. add chicken broth , stir in corn and potatoes.

  6. remove skin and bones from fish and add to pot.

  7. Simmer 35 minutes stirring often.
