  1. Main Ingredients:

  2. 5 c. cooked brown rice

  3. 1 lb. hamburger

  4. 2 Medium carrots

  5. 1/2 Head Shredded Cabage

  6. Sauce:

  7. 1 c. White sugar

  8. 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar

  9. 2/3 c. water

  10. 1/4 c. soy sauce

  11. 2 tbsp. ketchup

  12. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  13. 1/4 tsp. black pepper

  14. 1/4 tsp. ground fennel Seed

  15. 1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper

  16. 1/4 tsp. curry powder

  1. Sauce Directions:

  2. Just mix together in a small sauce pan.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Let simmer on low until needed.

  5. Main Directions:

  6. Have rice and veggies prepared.

  7. Crumble and brown the hamburger.

  8. Add the veggies and saute until tender.

  9. Stir in the brown rice.

  10. Pour sauce evenly over mixture and stir until coated. (will be absorbed by rice and hamburger)

  11. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes to let flavors blend.

  12. Serve hot, and enjoy!
