  7. 3/4 t salt

  8. 1/2 t fresh ground black pepper

  9. 8 ea roma tomato

  10. 1 c parmesan cheese

  11. 6 ea fresh oregano

  12. 350 degrees for 60 minutes, just until golden remove from oven and allow to cool

  13. 30 minutes, before cutting garnish with an oregano sprig serve warm or at room temperature
