    1. 1/4 cup 59ml Tabasco brand Garlic Pepper Sauce

    2. 5/8 cup 148ml Prepared pizza sauce

    3. 1 Prepared pizza dough round - (14" dia)

    4. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Shredded mozzarella cheese

    5. 1/2 cup 118ml Ham in

    6. 1 1/2" squares

    7. 2/3 cup 157ml Pineapple chunks - cut in half

    1. Combine the pizza sauce and Tabasco brand Garlic Pepper Sauce. Reserve until needed.

    2. Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. (To oil the screen, spray with cooking spray, heat, and re-spray just before using.) Dock the dough well.

    3. Spread with the Tabasco-pizza sauce, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and top with the ham and pineapple.

    4. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool slightly; cut into 8 slices.

    5. This recipe yields 8 slices.
