  2. 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or 1/2 cup other fruit yogurt

  3. 2 teaspoons honey

  4. 1 cup frozen strawberries

  5. 1 apple , cored and peeled

  6. 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds

  1. Throw everything in a blender; whirl until smooth and you have a quick breakfast.

  2. If you want to make it more of a dessert you can add a dollop of whipping cream on top.
