  1. 6 cups frozen corn, thawed

  2. 3 cups chopped seeded tomatoes

  3. 1 cup cubed avocado

  4. 2/3 cup julienned sweet red pepper

  5. 2/3 cup julienned green pepper

  6. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  7. DRESSING:

  8. 1 cup mayonnaise

  9. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  10. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  11. 1 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
