  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Hamburger

  2. 2 1/2 cups 275g / 9.7oz Celery - chopped

  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Onion - chopped

  4. 2 Garlic - minced

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  6. 1 Macaroni noodles

  7. 8 ounces

  8. 2 Tomato soup

  9. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  11. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Cheddar cheese - shredded

  1. Brown hamburger meat. Add next 4 ingredients lower heat and steam until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Cook noodles and add to hamburger. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Turn into a greased 3 qt casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 250 for one hour.
