  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees chop vanilla oreos in kitchen aid food processor into crumbs melt butter and mix press into 9 inch spring form pan lined with parchment paper mix cream cheese and sugar in kitchen aid mixer until blender add eggs, one at a time until creamy add flour, vanillam and amaretto melt white chocolate and add to mixture pour onto crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour with a pan of water on the shelf below turn oven off and open oven door 6 inches. let set for 1 hour cinnammon pecans beat 3 egg white to stiff peaks add 1 pound of chopped pecans, mix well stir in 1 tablespoon cinammon and 1/2 cup sugar mix well and bake at 325 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes pecan praline 1 can sweetend condensed milk 1 cup brown sugar heat in small sauce pan until warm and bubbly add roasted cinnamon pecans Remove cheesecake when done, top with pecan praline topping, let it set for 15-30 minutes. Refrigerate overnight, Remove springform pan, Cut into 8 or more pieces. Let the ewie gooie topping fall over the sides and pieces !!! yum !!
