  7. cup(s) plain fat free yogurt

  8. 1/2 cup(s) skim milk

  9. 4 egg whites

  10. 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then stir just until combined.

  3. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake papers or spray with nonstick zero-calorie spray, fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.

  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of one of the cupcakes comes out clean.
