  1. 1 (medium size) carrot

  2. 1 (medium size) potato

  3. 1 (medium size) beet root

  4. 4-5 Beans

  5. Peas

  6. To Grind

  7. garlic 1 (small)piece

  8. Fennel seeds (2-3)

  9. Green chili 2-3

  10. Coriander leaves (little bit)

  11. 1 (medium sizes) onion (finely cut & keep)

  1. Vegetables-Potato,Beans, Carrots,green peas,Beet Root(if preferred)

  2. Steam the vegetables in a pressure cooker or a food steamer and mash them into a tight paste. Add grated onions, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and ground cinnamon(a pinch).Knead the mixture tightly.

  3. Take some rice flour and add water to make it into a slightly watery juice.Make the vegetable mixture into evenly sized balls and roll over the rice flour and then cover it with rawa.Deep fry the balls until they turn golden brown.

  4. Side dish : Tomato ketchup
