  1. 414.03 ml all-purpose flour

  2. 14.79 ml baking powder

  3. 2.46 ml salt

  4. 177.44 ml sugar

  5. 236 1/29 ml milk

  6. 118 1/59 ml creamy peanut butter

  7. 59.14 ml butter or 59.14 ml margarine

  8. 2 eggs

  9. 3.69 ml vanilla extract

  10. 158 1/21 ml milk chocolate chips

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, beat at low speed of electric mixer just until blended.

  2. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.

  3. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. (I use cupcake liners).

  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over each cupcake.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. Remove from pans and let cool completely on wire rack.
