  1. 2 lb. ground beef

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 2/3 cup milk

  4. 2 Tbsp parsley

  5. 1/2 cup oatmeal

  6. 1 onion, chopped small

  7. 1 tsp salt

  8. 1/2 tsp pepper

  9. 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  10. 1/2 cup beef broth

  1. Mix together the beef, eggs, milk, parsley, oatmeal, onion, salt pepper,and nutmeg. Shape into small meatballs. Bake on tray in a 450 oven for about15 to 20 minutes.

  2. Put the meatballs into slow cooker and pour beef broth over top.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Yummy if served with yogurt ontop.
