  1. Did you wash your hands?!

  2. Preheat your griddle or grill 1. On the cutting board, take your chuck roast and sirloin, then cut them into 1 inch cubes.

  3. Place the beef cubes and garlic in one large bowl and mix them together. **You just want to make sure that there are equal portions of chuck to sirloin. (At this point you can season you meat or you can leave it as is.)

  4. With that set to the side, prepare your grinder (make sure its clean and secure to any surface you are using). Place the meat into the grinder and let a rip!

  5. **Once the meat is ground transfer it to a clean large bowl and season.

  6. Mix the meat up until the texture is uniform or even (basically if you make a ball and tug at it. It will resist a bit).

  7. Make .25oz balls either with you hands or 4oz ice cream scoop 7. Place your freshly ground meatballs on a sheet of saran wrap 8. Place a sheet of foil over the top 9. Take a plate or small sauce pan and press the meat to the desire thickness 10. Flip and remove the saran wrap, then repeat for the next patty.

  8. Place patties on the griddle or grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side (I hate raw beef, so I gotta make sure they are done)

  9. Toast your bun and dress them the way you like Serve with your favorite veggies or sides.
