  1. 300g fillet atlantic salmon

  2. 1 bunch spring onion finely shredded

  3. 2 long green chillies sliced

  4. 1/2 bunch of coriander

  5. 200g beansprouts

  6. 1 finely shredded carrot

  7. 100g snow pea tendrils

  8. 1 tsp tamarind paste

  9. 50ml kikkoman's teriyaki marinade

  10. 50ml kikkomans lime lemon grass and soy marinade

  11. 50ml kikkoman's roast garlic marinade

  12. 50g caster sugar

  13. 100g plain flour

  14. 100g rice flour

  15. 100g cornflour

  16. 2 egg whites

  17. 100ml water

  18. Pinch of salt.

  1. Combine all marinades in a bowl add the tamarind paste then smear all over the salmon, allow to sit for at least 20 minutes then bake in oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes
