  1. 2 lb. ground beef

  2. 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  3. 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs

  4. 1/4 cup milk

  5. 1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

  6. 1 egg , lightly beaten

  7. 1 clove garlic , minced

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.

  2. SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  3. BAKE 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.
