  1. Ingredients :Serves 4-6

  2. 500 g 1 1 125 g 125 g 1 clove

  3. 1/2 cup 6 tablespoons Marinade :

  4. 1 tablespoon 1 1 tablespoon Sauce :

  5. 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons 1 teaspoon 4 tablespoons 1/2 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon Pork lion, cut into small, bite-size pieces

  6. Green capsicum, cut into small pieces

  7. Red chili, sliced

  8. Carrot, cut into small pieces

  9. Fresh or canned pineapple slices

  10. Garlic, chopped

  11. Oil for deep frying

  12. Soy sauce

  13. Egg yolk

  14. Vinegar

  15. Sugar

  16. Tomato ketchup

  17. Cornstarch

  18. Water

  19. Salt

  20. MSG

  1. Mix together the meat and marinadeingredients. Keep aside for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Heat oil for deep-frying. Roll meat incornstarch and deep-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove anddrain.

  3. Reheat oil till hot and re-fry meat for 30seconds. Drain.

  4. Drain off all but 3 tablespoons oil.

  5. Reheat oil and lightly brown garlic.

  6. Add capsicum, chili and carrot. Stir fryfor a few minutes.

  7. Add sauce ingredients and bring to theboil.

  8. Mix in pineapple slices and meat.

  9. Dish up and serve hot.
