  1. groundnut oil

  2. 1 x 350g sirloin steak , fat removed, sliced into thin strips

  3. 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste

  4. 150g green beans , cut into 3cm pieces

  5. 1 red pepper , sliced into thin strips

  6. 1 pack Tilda Rizazz brown basmati rice

  7. 50g roasted peanuts , crushed

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan to smoking hot. Add the steak and cook for a minute, turning to seal and lightly brown. Turn the heat down to medium and add the curry paste. Stir well and add 2-3 tbsp water.

  2. Add the beans and red pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add a little more water if you prefer more sauce and serve with the brown basmati rice and the peanuts sprinkled over.

  3. Recipe Extra This also works well with pork. It's quite spicy so you might like to add a little coconut milk instead of the water.
