  1. 1/2 kg Mutton (Minced)

  2. 3 Green chillies

  3. 250 gms Peas

  4. 4 piece garlic

  5. 4 Tomatoes (Ripe)

  6. 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  7. 1 large Onion

  8. 1 (small) piece Ginger

  9. 5 Curry leaves

  10. 6 Cloves

  11. 2 sticks Cinnamon

  12. 1/2 tsp Garam masala

  13. Coriander leaves (half a bunch)

  14. 1 (large Black) cardamom

  15. 3 tbsp Ghee

  16. Salt to taste

  1. • Firstly in 2 tbsp of ghee, fry the cardamom, cloves, green chillies and cinnamon.

  2. • Add the chopped onions and the rest of the spices. Fry till the onions turn brown.

  3. • Add the chopped tomatoes and the minced meat. Mix it well and cover the vessel tightly with a lid.

  4. • Cook gently on a low heat, turning occasionally, till the meat becomes tender.

  5. • Add the peas in the meat dish and cook.

  6. • Sprinkle garam masala when ready.

  7. • Garnish the dish with chopped coriander and serve.
