  1. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Cabbage heads - chopped (medium)

  2. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Minced green onion

  3. 2 cups 474ml Mayonnaise

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vinegar

  6. 1 3/4 tablespoons 26ml Celery seed

  7. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Salt

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and green onion. In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage mixture and toss lightly to mix well.

  3. Refrigerate until serving.
