  1. 4 cups 948ml Fat-free milk

  2. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Diced baking potatoes - peeled

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cajun seasoning - (Prudhomme's Seafood Magic)

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  6. 2 No salt cream-style corn - (14 3/4 oz)

  7. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Large shrimp - peeled and deveined

  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a Dutch oven, and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat, and simmer the milk mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in the corn, and bring to a boil.

  4. Add the shrimp, and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
