  1. 2 sheets frozen ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed

  2. 3 tbs pizza sauce

  3. 100g sliced ham, chopped

  4. 3/4 cup (65g) grated cheddar

  5. 1 egg, lightly beaten

  1. Spread the pizza sauce over the pastry, leaving a 2cm border around the edge of the pastry. Scatter over the ham and cheese.

  2. Brush the edge of the pastry with the egg. Starting from one side, roll up the pastry tightly to enclose the filling. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  3. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Brush the two rolls with the egg. Cut each roll into 10 slices. Place cut-side up on the lined trays. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm, or cold as a lunch box snack.
