  1. 8 medium baking potatoes , peeled

  2. 4 ounces butter , melted

  3. 1 cup corn flake crumbs

  4. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Brush peeled potatoes with melted butter.

  2. Mix cornflake crumbs, paprika and salt in plastic bag.

  3. Place one potato at a time into bag; shake to coat completely.

  4. Place in buttered baking dish.

  5. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 45 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
