  1. Chicken 1kg.

  2. Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp

  3. Onion 1

  4. Cloves 3

  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

  6. Cinnamon 1 stick

  7. Yoghurt 2 tbsp.

  8. Cardamom 3

  9. Coriander Powder 2 tsp.

  10. Cashew nuts 10

  11. Garam masala 1 tsp.

  12. Salt to taste

  13. Red chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  14. Green coriander 2 tbsp.

  15. Oil 3 tbsp.

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for 2 hours.

  2. Place the marinated chicken in a heavy bottom pan, cover and cook over low heat until the chicken is soft and all liquid dries up.

  3. Heat oil in a fry pan, add all the whole spices, cashew nuts and sliced onions, fry until the onions turn brown.

  4. Add this to the chicken in the pan, add garam masala and fry till the pieces are dry.
