  1. 1 cup semisweet chocolate or 1 cup white chocolate chips

  2. 3 tablespoons butter

  3. 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Place the chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until chocolate melts, 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

  3. Use to glaze cakes, cupcakes, icecream or any other dessert.
