  1. 1 pound lean ground beef

  2. 1 cup finely chopped onion

  3. 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

  4. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 2 cups sliced peeled potatoes

  7. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  8. 2 cups frozen corn, thawed

  9. 1-1/2 cups frozen lima beans, thawed

  10. 1 medium green pepper, julienned

  11. 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Harvest Hamburger Casserole Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the onion, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish.

  2. Layer with the potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Cover and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 8 servings.
