  1. 2 (1 lb) cans pork and beans

  2. 1/2 cup ketchup

  3. 2 slices bacon , browned and crumpled

  4. 1/2 onion , chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed

  7. 4 -6 pork chops (If you use pork steak, the meat will fall off the bone and this dish will be more like a stew. I act) or 4 -6 pork steaks (If you use pork steak, the meat will fall off the bone and this dish will be more like a stew. I act)

  8. 2 teaspoons mustard

  9. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  10. 1 lemon (I usually leave this out)

  1. Combine beans, 1/2 cup ketchup,bacon, onions. Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup brown sugar in slow cooker.

  2. Brown chops in skillet. In separate bowl, mix together 2 tsp mustard, 1 T brown sugar and 1/4 cup ketchup. Brush each chop with sauce, then carefully stack into cooker, placing a slice of lemon on each chop,if desired. Submerge in bean/bacon mixture.

  3. Cover. cook on Low 4-6 hours.
