  2. 1 package (4 1/5 ounces) seasoned coating mix

  3. 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  4. 1/8 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

  5. 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each )

  1. Pecan-Crusted Chicken Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg whites. In another shallow bowl, combine the coating mix, pecans and five-spice powder. Dip chicken into egg whites, then roll into coating mixture.

  2. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170°. Yield: 6 servings.
