  1. 500 g beef

  2. 1 red capsicum,

  3. 1 green capsicum,

  4. 1 onion, halved and 3-4 cloves garlic,

  5. 3-4 tablespoons sweet chilli

  6. 1 cup 1x 50 g packet French onion

  7. 1 cup basmati

  8. 1 x 140 g tub tomato

  1. Fry sausages on high heat until just brown.

  2. Place sausages in a large casserole dish and cut into bite size pieces.

  3. Add onion and garlic to pan and cook until onion is yellow.

  4. Add water, French onion soup, tomato paste and sweet chilli sauce to pan and stir together on high heat.

  5. Add red and green capsicums to pan and cook for a few minutes.

  6. Pour all ingredients into casserole dish and bake at 180C for 45 minutes.

  7. Cook rice.

  8. Serve ragout on bed of rice.
