  1. 4-5 2 large potatoes, peeled and 1 clove garlic,

  2. 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

  1. Cook pasta in boiling water as per packet directions.

  2. Fry sausages in a frying pan, when cooked set aside and slice.

  3. Place potatoes in frying pan and cook over medium-high heat.

  4. When potatoes are cooked add chopped sausages, garlic, herbs and BBQ sauce, and stir in well.

  5. Serve with cooked pasta.
