  1. 3 Egg yolks

  2. 1/4c Powdered sugar

  3. 1 ts Vanilla

  4. 4 oz Butter softened

  5. 4 oz Butter chilled

  1. + Put first 3 ingredients in electric blender and blend until well mixed.

  2. Add softened butter a little at a time to blend.

  3. Then blend in the firm butter a little at a time until creamy and thick.

  4. Variations: BEFORE ADDING BUTTER add 1 square melted and cooled unsweetened chocolate or 1 teaspoon instant coffee.
