  1. Ingredients :

  2. 1 15 ounce can of Cannellini or Navy beans rinsed and drained

  3. 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

  4. 2 cloves garlic minced

  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  6. 3 1/2 tablespoons water -- divided

  7. 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  8. 1 tablespoon tahini

  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  10. Paprika

  1. Preparation :

  2. Drain and rinse Cannellini beans. Don't use the juices from the can in this recipe. It will muddy the flavor.

  3. Put Beans, 2 Tablespoons of water, Lemon Juice, Tahini, Cumin and Salt in a blender or food processor and pulse until ingredients are well mixed.

  4. Add Garlic and Olive Oil, continue blending.

  5. Add as more water as necessary for the consistency you like. It should be similar to a bean dip in texture.

  6. Put in a bowl and garnish with parsley
