  1. 6 each pork loin chops up to

  2. 8 chops

  3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  4. 1 each soup, cream of mushroom

  5. 10 oz can

  6. 1/4 cup chicken broth

  7. 1/4 cup dijon mustard country-style

  8. 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves dried, crushed

  9. 1 each garlic clove, minced OR 1/4 ts garlic powder

  10. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  11. 6 each potatoes cut in thin slices

  1. In a skillet brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Drain fat. In any size crockpot, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Place browned pork chops on top of potato mixture. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or High 4 to 5 hours.
