  1. vegetable stock 1 1/20 litre

  2. 1 carrot julienned.

  3. 1 green pepper julienned

  4. 1 celery stem chopped fine.

  5. 5 French beans julienned.

  6. green peas 150gms

  7. cabbage 100gms julienned

  8. mushrooms 5- 7 sliced.

  9. 1 white onion chopped finely

  10. 4 pods of garlic finely crushed.

  11. 1 thai spicy chilly chopped

  12. Seasoning; salt for taste

  13. White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp

  14. butter-1 tsp;

  15. soy sauce -onetbsp.

  16. White vinegar- 1 tsp.

  17. Garnish: chopped spring onions or cilantro

  1. Add all ingredients to the boiling stock in a saucepan.

  2. Keep it covered for 15.-20 minutes until all vegetables are cooked well in high flame.

  3. Add the seasonings one by one when the vegetables are well cooked.

  4. To garnish sprinkle with chopped spring onions/cilantro. Serve hot.
