  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Yellow bell pepper, 1-inch pieces (medium)

  5. ml Red bell pepper - 1-

  6. 1 Whole baby corn - drained (15 oz)

  7. 1/3 cup 78ml Hoisin or teriyaki sauce

  8. 1/3 cup 78ml Honey

  9. 1 Garlic - pressed

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Fresh ginger - minced

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Cut baby corns in half and Alternate chicken, pepper pieces, and corn on skewers.

  3. Combine hoisin sauce and next 3 ingredients; brush on kabobs.

  4. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400F) 12 minutes, turning and basting with hoisin sauce mixture. Makes 4 servings.
