    1. 1 pt. each: strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream

    2. 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

    3. 2 bananas, sliced

    4. 1 c. chopped pecans

    5. 1 graham cracker crust

    6. 1 recipe chocolate sauce

    7. 1 carton Cool Whip

    8. CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

    9. 1/2 c. chocolate chips

    10. 1 can evaporated milk

    11. 1 c. powdered sugar

    12. 1/4 c. butter

    1. Melt chocolate chips, milk, sugar and butter. Cook until thick. Cool well. For bottom layer of pie, put vanilla ice cream, pineapple and 1/2 of the chocolate sauce in pie crust. Freeze well.

    2. For layer 2, add strawberry ice cream, bananas and remaining chocolate sauce. Freeze well. For layer 3, add 1/2 cup pecans, chocolate ice cream, Cool Whip and remaining nuts. Freeze until serving.
