  1. 1 Red bell pepper - sliced

  2. 1 Green bell pepper - sliced

  3. 1 Italian peeled tomatoes - drained and cut up

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Italian sausage - cut in

  6. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  7. Chicken - 3

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  9. Salt

  10. Pepper

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Black pepper

  1. Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes, until tender, basting frequently.

  2. Makes 6-8 servings.
