  1. 1 salmon fillet - End pieces work very well for this since they tend to take up more surface area.

  2. 1/2 tablespoon of capers finely chopped.

  3. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  4. 1/2 lemon

  5. 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic

  6. small hand full of beansprouts

  7. small hand full of red cabbage

  8. small hand full of spinach

  9. butter

  10. salt and pepper

  11. fresh kaiser bun

  1. Oil salmon and season with salt and pepper then place on grill. (cook to your desired temperature, i recommend medium)

  2. while salmon is cooking add your capers, lemon, mayo and garlic together mix well and reserve for later in a small pan heat up some butter and add your bean sprouts, red cabbage and spinach, lightly saute.

  3. place kaiser bun on grill for light grill marks.

  4. add lemon caper aioli and veggies as well as salmon to bun and enjoy with a light salad or some sweet potato fries!
