  1. 12 -16 ounces packaged flaked crab or 12 -16 ounces flaked lobsters

  2. 1 cup canned baby shrimp (thawed frozen baby shrimp may be substituted)

  3. 1 1/2 cups seasoned stuffing mix

  4. 1/4 cup butter

  5. 1/4 cup water

  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

  9. 1/8 cup onion

  10. 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese

  11. 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

  12. 2 pints fresh portabella mushrooms

  1. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Lay the portabella mushrooms on the bottom of the casserole dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the first 9 ingredients and 1/2 of the cheeses.

  4. Spread over mushrooms.

  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
