  2. 1 cup chopped onion

  3. 1 garlic clove

  4. 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, minced

  5. 4 cups fresh cauliflower flowerets

  6. 1/2 cup water

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Add cauliflower and remaining 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 7 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
